Estate of Dell v. Roseburg Lumber Co. & Stalcup Trucking: A $1.3 million dollar settlement for the wrongful death of a 40 year old husband and father from a head-on collision with disputed liability.

Powell v. Boy Scouts of America: A $7 million dollar jury verdict for a 16 year old boy who became a quadriplegic during an unsupervised outing. A no offer case.
